我国乳制品消费市场广阔,但乳制品企业面临海内外市场竞争、产业链整合、销售渠道下沉等多项风险挑战。文章结合风险管理理论,对乳制品企业日常经营中常见风险进行分析,结合贝因美公司实际,探讨乳制品企业风险控制措施,以期为乳制品企业的风险控制提供借鉴,从而推动我国乳制品行业健康发展。
