Heterotypic collagen fibril has long been found in the tissues of organisms, which plays an important role in the formation and function of complex structures of organisms. Inspiring by the phenomenon, scholars tried to incubate collagens from different sources into novel collagen materials in vitro, and the forming of heterogenic reconstituted collagen fibrils (RF) was often demonstrated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and fluorescence quenching analysis.
