新媒体环境下的食品安全突发事件成因复杂,影响力大,产生的破坏力常常超乎想象.基于微观视角,引用耦合理论对食品安全突发事件影响因素进行理论建构,分析事件发生的内在因素与外在因素的耦合关联效应,运用耦合模型与耦合协调模型,结合案例研究,探寻内外因素耦合度与事件影响力之间的关系.研究证明:食品安全突发事件内外影响因素耦合协调度与社会影响力呈正相关关系,即内外因素耦合协调度越高,事件的社会影响力越大.在此基础上得出相关启示,以期为食品安全突发事件的预控与决策提供参考与借鉴.

Food safety emergencies are complex and influential,and its destructive power is often beyond imagination under the new media situation.Based on the microcosmic perspective,the paper carries out theoretical construction of the influencing factors of food safety emergencies with the theory of coupling.Then it analyzes the linkage effect between the intrinsic and extrinsic factor of food safety emergencies.Finally,with the coupling and coupling coordination model referencing,combined with case study,it explores the relationship between the coupling degree and the social influence of food safety ...
