目的：研究石菖蒲不同极性部位对模型小鼠抗抑郁效应，并探讨其可能的机制。方法采用系统溶剂法制备石菖蒲不同极性部位。选取?中华人民共和国药典?(简称?药典?)成人用推荐剂量10 g?d-1折算成对应的小鼠用量进行灌胃给药。将80只雄性SD小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、石菖蒲不同极性部位组，采用慢性轻度不可预见刺激( CUMS)结合孤养建立小鼠抑郁模型，观察造模后小鼠的外在表现。饲养21 d后眼眶采血，采用ELISA法测定血中三碘甲状腺原氨酸( T3)、四碘甲状腺原氨酸( T4)、促甲状腺激素( TSH)、促肾上腺皮质激素( ACTH)的含量；5-羟色胺及ACTH在脑组织中的含量。结果模型对照组小鼠血浆中T...

Objective To study antidepressant effect and mechanism of different polar fraction of Acorus tatarinowii Schott.on depression mouse model and explore the mechanism.
