本文在分析传统畜禽与水产品加工工艺学实验课教学现状的基础上,解析了其存在的问题。本文还结合教学实践,并根据食品相关专业学生能力培养需求,对畜禽与水产品加工工艺学实验课从教学内容、教学方法与教学模式等方面进行了教学改革的探讨。
