“双循环”格局下，企业分布呈现块状化特征，集群作用凸显。文章在分析永安药业现阶段发展战略的基础上，挖掘其发展中存在的问题并进行了剖析。在“双循环”思路指引下，构建了新的发展战略。希望能够唤醒企业自主调配产业集群资源的意识，完善企业战略规划，进一步提升我国企业竞争力。
