肠道损伤是猪、禽养殖中的常见病理状态,多种因素包括病原微生物、过敏原、抗营养因子、毒素或致病性化合物皆可引起猪、禽肠道损伤,其中由病原性微生物引起的肠道损伤严重制约着猪、禽养殖业健康发展。为了解决病原性肠道损伤对猪、禽养殖造成的困扰,有必要阐明猪、禽病原性肠道损伤的致病机理以及营养修复机制。本文总结了常见猪、禽肠道损伤及机理,并结合已报道营养调控物质,包括天然植物提取物、微生态制剂和功能性氨基酸等营养调控物质在猪、禽病原性肠道损伤中发挥作用机理的研究进展,为多靶标调控猪、禽肠道损伤营养技术的研究和应用提供参考。

Intestinal injury is a common disease that affects the healthy growth of pigs and poultry. A variety of factors including pathogenic microorganisms, allergens, antinutritional factor, toxin or pathogenic compounds can cause intestinal injury in pigs and poultry.
