Based on saturation-unsaturated seepage theory of rock soil medium, considered unsaturated characteristics of rock and soil mass and nonlinear characteristics of permeability coefficient, coupled equations of the seepage field and the stress field was established on the basis of the traditional stress balance equation. The incremental form of finite element equations discrete in time and spaces was obtained.
