要克服“迁移式”城镇化的弊端,必须转变城镇化发展理念,走新型城镇化道路,选择就地城镇化发展模式.新型城镇化的核心是实现“人”的城镇化,就地城镇化模式符合新型城镇化的战略取向,是新型城镇化的有效实践模式;实施就地城镇化要根据各区域城镇化发展的特点和地理环境、资源禀赋、文化特色进行小城镇建设.

In order to overcome the drawbacks caused by ＂migratory＂ urbanization, the idea of urbanization should be converted and our best choice is Local Urbanization. The core of New Urbanization is to realize the urbanization of ＂People＂ while the idea of Local Urbanization well-fits the developing strategy of New Urbanization, which makes it an effective practice mode of New Urbanization.
