以住宅市场理论及统计指标理论为基础，通过对国家统计局《房地产开发统计报表制度》和住建部《房地产统计报表制度》以及部分省市统计年鉴的研究，整理出我国现行住宅市场统计指标体系，分析我国住宅市场统计指标体系存在问题，并寻求可借鉴指标。
