Husking is an important process to determine rice quality. Husking ratio and fracture behavior are key points during paddy husking, which are affected by rubber roller line speed, rice moisture content and drying temperature. Based on husking process, the intrinsic property and mechanical-structural damage behavior of three kinds typical rice paddy were tested under different working condition and analyzed by texture analyzer with in-situ observation, optical and electron microscope.
