食品抽样是食品安全监督抽检中的第一步,也是最重要的一步。按"十三五"规划要求,食品抽样检验量大大提高,随之带来的抽样问题也越来越多。文章旨在讨论食品安全抽样过程中的计划、人员、设施设备等问题,对监管单位和抽样部门提出解决问题的有效建议。
