Due to the dynamic nature of P2P systems, it is difficult to keep load balance among SuperPeers (SPs) in the hybrid Peer-to-Peer system. An important source of SP's load is to process the peers' joining and departing frequently. In the paper a new strategy is proposed to reduce the impact on the SP's load when new peers join the system.
