OBJECTIVE: To choose the optimum extraction process of polysaccharide constituents from Panax japonicus. METHOD: The optimal compound enzyme extraction process is selected with the orthogonal design. The yield of polysaccharide was used to evaluate the factor levels, so as to determine the condition of the optimum extraction process.
