Selenium nanoparticles (SeNPs) exhibit significant potential in antitumor therapy. However, challenges such as aggregation and lack of targeting capability limit their application. Herein, we developed selenium-loaded octenyl succinic anhydride starch (OSAS) micelles functionalized with folic acid (FA) for targeted tumor delivery. The FA-OSAS-SeNPs were synthesized through self-assembly, incorporating SeNPs into FA-conjugated OSAS micelles.
