With the detoratiom spraying process,the WC-12%Co wear resistant coat was prepared on the surface of screw sample. The phase composition , morphology and microstructure of the coat were analyzed with X-ray Diffraction Analysis(XRD) , scanning electron microscope(SEM) and the Analysis Software(Image-Proplus) , and adhesion strength between the coat and the substrate was measured and the microhardness of the coat was tested with microhardness tester.
