目的:综合分析国内外关于神经干细胞的研究,以期进一步了解神经干细胞的分布、生物学特性、鉴定、增殖与分化.资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline数据库和万方数据库1990-01/2006-03期间有关神经干细胞的文献,检索词"Neural stem cells;Differentiation,神经干细胞,分化".资料选择:对资料进行初审,筛除重复文献.资料提炼:经过筛选共收集到30篇有关神经干细胞的分布、生物学特性、鉴定、增殖与分化的文章.资料综合:神经干细胞的形态、位置和表面标志已被初步认识,分离培养技术日趋成熟,对其调控机制、迁移特性的研究也进一步深入,外源性神经干细胞移植治疗和内源性神经干细胞激活疗法等临床实验也已...

Objective: To further understand the distribution, biological characteristics, identification, proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells (NSCs) on the basis of summarizing the study on NSCs at home and abroad. Data Sources: Using the key terms of "Neural stem cells, differentiation" published in English, we searched the Medline database and Wanfang database from January 1990 to March 2006 for the relevant articles on the NSCs.
