基于复杂性理论和动态能力理论,构建"能力—质量—绩效"的研究模型,并通过对327家企业进行实证分析,探讨新服务开发绩效的影响路径及前因组态效果.研究发现:大数据分析能力能够间接影响新服务开发绩效;决策有效性和决策效率在大数据分析能力和新服务开发绩效关系中起着完全中介作用;企业分析文化能够调节大数据分析能力与决策有效性、决策效率和新服务开发绩效之间的关系.进一步,通过模糊集定性比较分析,发现新服务开发绩效的三大前因构型.

Based on dynamic capabilities theory and complexity theory, the research model of “Capability-Quality-Performance” was constructed, and an empirical analysis was conducted on 327 companies, to explore the impact path and antecedent configuration effect of new service development(NSD) performance. The research finds that: big data analytics(BDA) capability can indirectly affect NSD performance.
