随着经济的不断发展,科学技术取得较大的发展,促使电商企业不断发展,从而使得我国的物流企业也得到了迅速的发展,并逐渐成为"第三利润源"。但是物流企业在其发展的过程中,始终存在高成本、低效率的情况,这也成为物流企业发展过程中的主要障碍。为了能够解决该问题,文中就对物流企业在其成本管理中存在的问题进行分析,在物流责任中心的视角下对物流企业成本管理模式进行探索,并制定科学、合理的成本的控制和指标考核,从而实现物流企业有效地成本管理,提高经济效益,实现企业的可持续发展。
