文中针对地方性普通高校应用型物流管理人才培养与产业需求脱节的现实矛盾,从物流管理专业的发展与特点入手,剖析了普通高校应用型物流管理专业特点,社会对应用型物流管理专业人才的要求以及对教师的素质要求,进而对应用型物流管理专业"双师型"教师素质特征及素质提升策略进行深入探究,以期对应用型本科物流管理专业"双师型"教师队伍建设有所裨益.
