Cardamine violifolia (CV) is an important raw material for selenoprotein production. In this study, the protein of CV was extracted using conventional extraction (CE), ultrasound assisted extraction (UAE), pulsed electric pretreatment followed by CE (PEF + CE), and pulsed electric pretreatment followed by UAE (PEF + UAE), respectively.
