民间创新是国家创新体系的重要组成部分，而民间创新的价值判断决定了它有自己的逻辑界限，它属于实用技术发明而不是科学原理创新。厘清民间创新的误区，坚持“有所为有所不为”的理性回归原则，才能促进民间创新的和谐健康发展。
