针对游乐设施安全涉及到设计、制造、安装、运行、检测以及维护等环节的特点,确定了包含其生命周期中各个环节的安全评价指标体系. 用模糊数学方法描述了多层游乐设施综合安全评价的评价因素、评价结果及评价因素权重,同时建立了多层综合安全评价模型和评价过程. 采用面向对象技术和工具开发了模糊综合安全评价系统,以观览车为例对建立的综合安全评价系统进行了应用
