Investigation and analysis of health status of college teachers in Wuhan

目的 了解高校教师健康状况及健康影响因素,为改善与促进高校教师身体健康提供科学依据.方法 抽取武汉市3所高校教师共1568名,进行健康体检及健康影响因素问卷调查.结果 武汉高校教师体检异常率前3位是肝胆脾肾彩超、血脂和心电图,异常率分别为38.84％,36.61％,16.65％.高校教师体检患病率前3位的疾病是高血压、脂肪肝、糖尿病.随着年龄的增加,教师的患病率增加,且所患疾病种类增多.多因素方差分析显示,身体质量指数(BMI)、饮酒、睡眠时间、入睡情况、运动5项因素对教师群体健康的影响有统计学意义(P值均＜0.05).结论 武汉高校教师健康状况不容乐观.高校应高度重视教师的健康状况,采取积极措施促...
