旨在回顾各种不同干预方法对脑瘫患儿生命质量的影响,本文从身体训练、药物治疗和/或手术治疗、行为训练以及综合康复训练四个方面对相关研究进行综述。本文研究结果表明综合运用各种治疗手段替代传统单一的治疗方法是当今脑瘫患儿临床干预的发展趋势。然而,从生命质量视角判定现有干预方法有效性尚未得到一致结果,研发有效的、统一的测评工具,开展严谨的临床实践研究是未来该领域的研究方向,深入研究脑瘫患儿生命质量可指导临床干预措施的选择。

In order to review the influence of different intervention methods on the quality of life of children with cerebral palsy,this paper summarized from four aspects:physical training,medication and/or surgery,behavioral training and comprehensive rehabilitation training.Current review suggests comprehensive interventions have gain popularity over traditional single intervention.However,recent research on the effectiveness of the existing intervention approaches for children with cerebral palsy from a quality of life perspective cannot demonstrate aconsistent positive effectiveness.The future rese...
