基层就业，路广且宽。引导高校毕业生到基层就业，是缓解就业结构性矛盾的有效途径，是助力乡村振兴的迫切需要。政府部门、高校、企业等要进一步破解“机构性”矛盾，共同搭建实践基础，立足基层治理需求，打造品牌服务项目，发挥实践合作作用，突出实践育人导向，高校毕业生要将基层建功立业的观念内化于心、外化于行，沉下心去，主动投身到服务国家和人民发展的事业中，不断提升基层社会治理能力，力争将来既为一方百姓留下实实在在的福祉，也为自己留下一段峥嵘岁月和无悔青春。
