在互联网时代,高校图书馆从传统的收藏纸质书籍向数字化悄然改变.图书馆数字化涉及信息资源加工、存储、检索、传输和利用的全过程.数字图书馆就是虚拟的、没有围墙的图书馆.在这种自由的氛围下,人们可以不受地域、时间限制,可方便快捷地获取有效信息.目前高校数字图书馆建设还存在一些问题,建设数字图书馆,需要明确三大原则,即规范原则、服务读者原则、信息资源共享原则.在图书馆管理上,应改变固有观念,加大对高校数字图书馆的资金投入,并注重管理方式的改变.
