Development,reliability and validity of HPV vaccination willingness and behaviors questionnaire for adult women

目的 编制适用于我国成年女性HPV疫苗接种意愿及行为问卷，并验证其信效度。方法 在广泛查阅国内外文献、专家函询的基础上以保护动机理论为理论构架，初步编制了HPV疫苗接种意愿与行为问卷。采用便利抽样法选取武汉市某社区300名成年女性开展调查以检验问卷信效度。结果 问卷共包含32个条目，划分为严重性、易感性、内部奖励、外部奖励、反应效能、反应代价和自我效能等7个维度。问卷总的Cronbach’sα系数为0.932，各维度的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.852、0.625、0.968、0.944、0.920、0.896、0.970；内容效度指数为0.963，累积方差解释率达78.425%。结论 成年女性HPV疫苗接种意愿及行为调查问...
