Hydrogen is an important renewable energy source. Electrochemical decomposition of water for hydrogen production has attracted more and more attention as an appealing hydrogen production strategy. Previous studies have proved that controlling the morphology of Ru can improve hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) activity.
