在女性文学写作的历史上,简.奥斯丁做出了开拓性的努力。她的小说《傲慢与偏见》中女主人公的性格是具有时代反叛精神的,使女权主义在文学中确立了女性的主体意识。作家拒绝传统的以男性为主体的写作范式,完成了对文学经典叙述模式的超越,传达出被男性话语遮蔽与覆盖的真实生命经验,撑起了一方女性写作的天空。
