目的 探讨青年和老年豚鼠喉部水通道蛋白1~5(aquqporin,AQP1~5)的表达及意义.方法 选取健康4月龄豚鼠(青年组)和2年龄豚鼠(老年组)各10只,用免疫组织化学染色法观察两组豚鼠喉部组织AQP1~5的表达,用Image-Pro Plus 6.0 For Window图像分析软件处理,比较两组结果.结果 两组豚鼠喉部组织均有AQP1~5表达,AQP1主要表达在喉黏膜假复层纤毛柱状上皮、固有层的腺体以及小血管内皮细胞;AQP2主要表达于黏膜固有层的粘液性腺体和炎性浸润细胞,黏膜上皮细胞无或弱表达; AQP3高表达于黏膜假复层纤毛柱状上皮,腺体、血管内皮细胞和肌纤维组织均无表达;AQP4主要表达于喉黏膜鳞状上皮、假复层柱状纤毛上皮、固有...
