A qualitative study of perceptions of caring among an institutionalized elderly population

目的深入了解养老机构老年人人文关怀感知,为进一步改善养老机构关怀服务提供参考。方法采用质性研究中的现象学方法,对3家养老机构中的18名老年人进行一对一半结构式深入访谈,对获取的资料采用Colaizzi资料分析方法进行分析。结果提炼出2个类属,其中老年人感知较好的人文关怀包括生活方面照顾好、娱乐活动丰富、志愿服务暖心、党和政府关怀多、感受亲情温暖、老年人间相互关怀;感知不足的人文关怀包括便民措施缺乏、与同室老年人交流困难、医疗保障不足、缺乏个性化关怀、有时感觉不被尊重。结论养老机构老年人感知到了较多的人文关怀,但也存在不少亟待完善的方面,养老机构工作人员的人文关怀意...

Objective To deeply understand the perceptions of caring among an institutionalized elderly population,and to provide references for further improvement of caring in elder-care institutions.Methods A phenomenological research design was employed.
