新工科建设是当前工科教育的主旋律,国内新工科教育的理论与实践处于积极的探索阶段。针对当前情况,本文介绍了新工科教育的国外现状以及国家教育部对我国新工科建设的总体部署;针对地方性高校的环境专业自身特色和办学定位,提出了培养方案在制定过程中的理念和具体做法。
