黄曲霉毒素（Aflatoxins,AFs）是黄曲霉和寄生曲霉产生的一组代谢产物,具有致癌、致畸、致突变等生物毒性。AFs广泛存在世界各国畜禽饲料之中,危害养殖业。文章对其毒理、急慢性中毒特点、作物收获前后的防控和脱毒技术进行了综述,旨在为减少AFs对动物的危害提供参考。

Aflatoxins （AFs） are a group of carcinogenic, teratogenic, and mutagenic metabolite pro-duced by Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus parasiticus. AFs are found in animal feed worldwide and are harmful for animal husbandry.
