To determine the closest type strain genome of Comamonas sp. CHJ601, whole genome-based phylogeny of its genome was performed with the Type (Strain) Genome Server (TYGS) (Meier-Kolthoff and Göker, 2019), a free bioinformatics platform available at https://tygs.dsmz.de/. Comamonas sp. CHJ601 genome was compared with all type strains’ genomes of the family Comamonadaceae in the TYGS database.
