Constructing an effective translation between different representations is the key point to overcome semantic heterogeneity in information integration systems. This paper puts forward an ontology based information representation architecture-SOSRA. It introduces a GAV (global as view) approach to solve the mapping between heterogeneous semi-structured data in the form of service, discusses the semantic representation algorithm and semantic mapping strategy emphatically.
