The objective of this study was to examine the pharmacokinetic (PK) properties of enrofloxacin (EF) and its metabolite, ciprofloxacin (CF), in yellow catfish (Pelteobagrus fulvidraco) after a single oral dose of EF at 20 mg/ kg at 20, 25, and 30 degrees C. Samples were collected at pre-designed time points and determined by high-performance liquid chromatography with a fluorescent detector.
