以湖北省所辖的17个市、州为样本,选取了14个与农业水资源利用经济效益、生态效益相关的指标,利用主成分分析法计算出各个市、州的水资源利用的综合效率评价值,对这些地区的效率水平进行了排序,并且分析了相关地区水资源利用效率水平较低的原因所在。
