AbstractBackgroundIntracellular bacteria, especially Mycobacterium tuberculosis, are important pathogenic microorganisms that endanger human health. Purified and synthesized cecropin A‐magainin 2 (CAMA‐syn) can exhibit a higher antibacterial activity and lower cytotoxicity.
