多杀菌素发酵提取液的脱色工艺研究

摘要:
目的 研究多杀菌素发酵提取液的脱色工艺, 提高多杀菌素成品质量. 方法用uV和HPLc检测方法, 以脱色率和多杀菌素损失率为指标, 考察717强碱性阴离子交换树脂对多杀菌素发酵提取液的脱色效果. 结果 多杀菌素发酵提取液中色素的最佳吸收波长为410nm; 在间歇操作条件下进行脱色, 最佳吸附时间为3h、树脂添加量为4%(9/v)、摇床转速为l50r/min、 DH值为10, 此条件下, 多杀菌素提取液的脱色率达80%以上. 结论该脱色工艺简单可靠, 脱色效果好, 适合于工业化生产

Objective The decolorization process of spinosad extract by ion exchange resin and the effects of adsorption conditions on its decolorization capacity were investigated. Methods On the basis of decolorization rate and the rate of loss of spinosad, the conditions to remove the color of spinosad by ion exchange resin were optimized. Results 410nm was determined to the maximum absorption wavelength of spinosad extract. When exchanged by ion exchange resin, the optimal operation conditions were as following: adsorption equilibrium time 3h, resin content 4%(g/V), rotation speed 150r/min, and pH10. ...
