农业龙头企业技术创新对于农业现代化建设具有重要作用,但农业的特殊性使得这些涉农企业的技术创新面临许多问题.对湖北省农业龙头企业的分析发现,企业发展面临着规模小、人才缺乏、筹资难、利益联结机制不健全、产品科技含量低等问题,这些因素会对技术创新产生影响.此外,技术创新还受到创新主体的创新意识不强、创新资源利用效率低、创新服务体系不完善等因素的影响.本文最后提出了几点对策建议.

Technological innovation of agricultural leading enterprise plays important roles in agricultural modernization. However, the specialty of agriculture makes it difficult for the agricultural related enterprises to make technological innovation.
