借助电子显微技术,对喷涂法生产的营养强化大米的内部结构进行观察分析,显示其强化效果,证实了所添加的营养素渗透到米粒内部,在米粒表面喷涂非水溶性蛋白质保护膜有利于强化大米储存过程中营养素进一步向米粒内部浸入.
