摘要:
The effects of biodegradable liquid of lignocelluloses on dye degraded by white rot fungus were investigated. Different dye media were used in screening fungal strains for their decolorizing ability. The strain P.ostreatus BP1 showed better decolorization compared to other fungus. When P.ostreatus BP1 was inoculated in some media containing biodegradable liquid from lignocelluloses, an obvious increase in the biomass of P.ostreatus BP1 and laccase activity was observed.
