Research on the Influence of Innovation input on the Performance of Grain and Oil Processing Enterprises

选取沪深两市31家粮油加工上市公司为研究样本，采用2017～2020年度财务数据，运用主成分分析和因子分析方法，将企业绩效的多项评价指标凝聚成综合绩效指标，通过构建多元回归模型分析创新投入对粮油加工企业绩效的影响。研究发现：（1）我国粮油加工企业的创新投入水平普遍不高；（2）创新投入与粮油加工企业综合绩效呈现负相关关系；（3）创新投入对粮油加工企业综合绩效的滞后性影响具有产业异质性。最后从政府引导、产、学、研融合和知识产权保护三个方面提出政策建议。

In this paper,31 listed companies of grain and oil processing in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets are selected as research samples,and the financial data of 2017~2020 are adopted.By means of principal component analysis and factor analysis,multiple evaluation indexes of enterprise performance are condensed into comprehensive performance indexes,and the influence of innovation input on the performance of grain and oil processing enterprises is analyzed by constructing multiple regression models.The findings are as follows:(1)the innovation input level of grain and oil processing enterprises ...
