Aninvestigational study onsense of time control in clinical nurses

目的 调查临床护士长时间监控能力,为加强护士长时间管理提供理论依据.方法 采用便利抽样法,使用时间管理倾向量表对武汉市三级甲等综合医院201名护士长进行问卷调查.结果 护士长时间监控观总均分为(3.95±0.50)分.人口统计学变量中,护士长时间监控观得分在工作年限、职称、基础学历、子女年龄中具有统计学意义(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).结论 护士长时间监控观能力有待进一步提高,有必要对护士长进行更加具体的时间管理培训.
