Effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy on negative emotions in clinical nurses:A Meta-analysis

目的 系统评价认知行为疗法(CBT)对临床护士负性情绪的干预效果.方法 计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wanfang Data)、维普数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed、EM-Base、Cochrane Library,检索时限为建库至2020年2月,收集有关CBT对临床护士负性情绪干预效果的随机对照试验,并对文献进行筛选、质量评价和资料提取,采用RevMan5.3进行Meta分析.结果 共纳入13篇文献,总样本量824例.Meta分析结果显示,试验组负性情绪评分[SMD=-15.29,95％CI(-18.84,-11.74),P

Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT)on the intervention of negative emotions in clinical nurses.Methods Researches searched the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,EMBase,the Cochrane Library,and randomized controlled trials(RCTs)related to using CBT to relieve negative emotions in clinical nurses published from the inception of databases to February 2020 were collected.RCTs were screened,data extraction was performed and qualities of eligible RCT were assessed.Meta-analysis was implemented with RevMan 5.3.Results Thirteen RCT with 824 patie...
