A 56 d feeding - trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of replacement of fish meal with peanut meal in practical diets on growth performance and amino acid profile of Pacific white shrimp Ltopenaeus vannamei. Six isonitrigenous diets were formulated to contain 40% protein and 6.5% lipid.
