Market economic model can achieve the optimal resource allocation through the equilibrium theory, cloud resource provision based on the market economic is researched. Combined with the game theory, the resource provision model in non-cooperative competitive market is set up and a non-cooperative game resource provision algorithm RPANCG is proposed.
