目的：了解和分析高校大学生对口服抗生素使用的认知情况。方法：采用随机抽样的方法对武汉地区某高校学生进行口服抗生素问卷调查及分析。结果：获得有效问卷388份，52．1％的人知道抗生素是处方药，其中医学专业学生的知晓率为65．1％，非医学专业学生的知晓率为47．2％；男性学生的知晓率为55．8％，女性学生的知晓率为47．8％。人群中能执行凭医嘱买药的占58％，能严格按医嘱服药占55．2％。31．7％的同学不理解滥用抗生素的危害。结论：大学生对口服抗生素的规范使用的知识尚有缺陷，认知程度不高。

Objective To understand and analyze the cognition of college students on oral antibiotics. Methods A random sample of undergraduate students in one college was surveyed with antibiotics questionnaire. Results 52.1% of 388 questionnaires thought oral antibiotics were prescription drugs. The awareness rate of the medical students was 65.1% and the awareness of non-medical professional students accounted for 47.2%.
