Objective To understand and analyze the cognition of college students on oral antibiotics. Methods A random sample of undergraduate students in one college was surveyed with antibiotics questionnaire. Results 52.1% of 388 questionnaires thought oral antibiotics were prescription drugs. The awareness rate of the medical students was 65.1% and the awareness of non-medical professional students accounted for 47.2%.
