Grain size effect of nano-BaTiO3ceramics has been studied on the basis of Ginsburg-Landau-Devonshire thermodynamic theory. In this study, ferroelectric domain of nano BaTiO3ceramic has been researched by a second-order transition model, size effects of the polarization and ferroelectric-paraelectric transition temperature have been analyzed.
